Perched on three lush acres just moments from downtown Nantucket, the Nantucket Inn blends the quiet and coziness of a relaxed island inn with the amenities of a luxury resort.

After you start your morning with our Mom's Breakfast, you'll have your choice of resort-style activities without ever having to set foot off the grounds: tennis, a fitness center and swimming, including the island's only indoor pool - perfectly heated for days when the New England weather isn't as cooperative as usual. (breakfast for two included in most rates; please confirm during booking)

When you are ready to explore Nantucket's quaint cobblestoned streets, our complimentary shuttle is available to zip you to the island's most popular attractions, beaches, shops and restaurants.

Mom's Breakfast

Start your day with our bountiful breakfast - from fresh fruit and muffins to fluffy scrambled eggs and a cooked-to-order waffle station. Our comfortable second floor dining room also features a lovely outdoor deck. Mom's been in the kitchen all morning - just for you!

Dining

Nantucket is home to some of the best food and dining establishments anywhere. Whatever your taste and no matter your budget, you'll find the perfect spot. We are pleased to be partnered with some of the island's favorite restaurants including:
 
  • Kitty Murtagh's is an authentic Irish pub conveniently located mid-island at 4 West Creek Road. Relax and enjoy traditional Irish fare including meat pies, fish and chips and Guinness on draft as well as select American favorites. 508 325-0781 
 
  • Queequegs named for the Moby-Dick character and located in the heart of downtown at 6 Oak Street, an island style bistro featuring American fare with an emphasis on seafood. 508 325-0992
 
  • Town, at 4 East Chestnut Street, adjacent to and sharing the outdoor patio and bar with Queeguegs, and featuring a unique global mix of culinary tastes and styles including special sushi rolls. 508 325-8696

Restaurant reservations are encouraged, particularly during peak periods.

Library Lounge

Located off the main lobby, the Library Lounge offers a cozy environment to enjoy your favorite cocktail and perhaps a tasty snack. Tea and cookies are served each afternoon and early riser's coffee is available each morning.

Laundry

There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers available for guest use. We are happy to assist with arrangements for wash and fold and dry cleaning services.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service to the airport, ferry docks, mid-island and downtown Nantucket and Surfside Beach (seasonally) is available. Shuttles run on a set hourly schedule and will continue to run until all guests are accommodated. (link displays high-season schedule; subject to seasonal adjustments)

Unless it is absolutely necessary, please don't bring your car to Nantucket. There is ample and secure parking around the boat docks and the airport in Hyannis. Once on-island, bicycle, car and moped rentals are available along with seasonal public transportation.

Swimming

The outdoor pool area is privately located toward the back of the resort property, and the island's only indoor pool is located off the lobby of the main inn. Indoor and outdoor whirlpool spas are also available and towel service is provided. (outdoor pool subject to seasonal operations)

The Cool Spot at the outdoor pool offers a selection of beverages and bagged snacks.

Business Center

The Business Center offers public email and Internet service via Guest Wi-Fi. Other services including printing, fax and copy machines are also available.

Meeting Facilities

The Nantucket Inn & Conference Center offers 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting and conference space, including four meeting rooms that can accommodate groups ranging from 20 - 150 guests. High-speed wireless Internet service is available in each meeting room, and a full range of audio visual and technological amenities may be provided.

Fitness Center

Our fitness center is located in the main building and includes a variety of aerobic as well as weight training equipment.

Tennis

The Inn's two well-maintained Har-Tru courts are playable all-day long as well as fully lit for evening tennis.
