For each of our room types, you’ll see the nightly Rack rate - which is our always affordable published rate. And then you’ll see all the discount rates* that are currently available – Good, Better, Great! (Our package rates are always a GREAT deal and always in short supply)

Why do we do this? Well, its simple supply and demand. We practice a rooms merchandising strategy to discount rooms when necessary and maximize rate during peak demand periods. Room types, current occupancy and forecasted occupancy all influence the rates that you see during the reservation process. Don’t see a deal? Re-define your search for a different set of dates. And if you do find one – book it fast because Great rates don’t last long. 

And after you arrive, don’t be worried about hidden fees or expensive add-ons. What you see, is what you pay! Our rates provide you first class accommodations and personalized services as well all the “little extras” that other hotels normally charge you extra to enjoy. No nickels! No dimes!
