Above rates are per person, mid-week, net, non-commissionable.
Packages include all taxes and gratuities.
Weekends are subject to a surcharge & availability.

Group Policies
• $250.00 deposit due with return of signed contract
• First night's room & tax deposit due thirty days prior to arrival
• Cancellation must be received in writing forty - five days prior to arrival for deposit refund.
• Rooming list due thirty days prior to arrival
• One Complimentary room night per twenty room nights paid |
