Reservation Policy
Deposit
- Pre-payment equal to 100% of your entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. Any balance is payable at the time of check out.
- The deposit may not be transferred to a future date. However, you are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend or family member. With proper notification only. We are unable to register a guest to a room in another name.
Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and checkout ends at 11:00 am.
- Luggage pick-up and storage is available for guests who wish to enjoy the property before arrival or after checkout.
- We cannot guarantee any early check-in in advance. We are happy to note requests. If you absolutely require an early check-in you may wish to reserve your room for the evening prior to guarantee room availability.
- We cannot grant a late checkout in advance. If you require a late checkout, one may be granted on the day of departure at the discretion of the front office staff. Fees may be assessed for late checkouts.
Cancellation
- All reservations require payment at the time of booking. Advance notice of cancellation varies with rate plan. Advance deposit guarantees the entire period reserved and will be forfeited if the reservation is changed or cancelled within the stated cancel period.
- Reservations cancelled outside stated cancel period will be refunded in full.
- To protect against unforeseen cancellations we recommend travel insurance.
